Keep a-stirrin'! |
Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add
pork strips and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until
pork is lightly browned, approximately 3 minutes. Add frozen vegetables and
cook, stirring frequently until vegetables are crisp-tender and meat is fully
cooked, about 10 to 12 minutes.
I am an avid proponent of cooking with fresh produce. On the other hand, sometimes it's just one of those frozen-vegetable kinds of nights. |
Stir vinaigrette into pork mixture. Add cooked
pasta to skillet and toss to combine. Stir in ½ cup reserve pasta liquid if a
thinner sauce is desired.
I like 'em thick and juicy, so don't Pilate nothin'. |
My Rating: 4/5 "Loved the sesame accents! The frozen vegetables weren't especially flavorful, but they also weren't obnoxious, which was nice. Pleasant and filling."
