Ranch Pasta Salad

Taste of Home Simple & Delicious August/September 2010, p. 26

3 cups uncooked tricolor spiral pasta
1 cup chopped fresh broccoli florets
¾ cup chopped seeded peeled cucumber
½ cup seeded chopped tomato
1 bottle (8 oz.) ranch salad dressing
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese


CHOP.


Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water. 

I was surprised how fast the water cooled the pasta. Neat kitchen hack!


In a large bowl, combine the pasta, broccoli, cucumber and tomato. 

Beautiful, even pre-dairy.


Drizzle with salad dressing; toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese. 

But of course cheese makes everything ten times as gorgeous! 
Ready to eat without any time in the fridge!
