| This is a recipe for Shepherd's Pie. "Fuck that!" says Matt. |
Peel and slice some potatoes (four in this case), then boil them so they can be easily mashed.
  |
| Most recipes don't tell you how to mash the potatoes. They just expect you to do it. |
  |
| This anti-recipe is much more considerate.  |
Mash half the potatoes and mix in some butter and dashes of milk. Mash in the rest of the potatoes with some more milk and butter.
  |
| Notice that he got the potatoes so well-boiled that you could mash them with a fork! |
Mix in some salt/pepper/paprika as you see fit.
Brown 1.5lbs of beef, seasoning as necessary.
  |
| SO MANY beefs. |
Place browned beef in baking dish and stir in 1 can of condensed tomato soup. Place a layer of thawed frozen mixed vegetables on top of the beef. Spoon the mashed potatoes on top of the vegetables, until they are all covered with a nice layer of potato.

| Very nice. :) |
Sprinkle some more paprika on top.
Bake 25 minutes? (At 375.) Or until golden and bubbly.
  |
| It should look like delicious. |
  |
| Matt's cooking usually comes with beer. This dish was paired with this beer, which was hop-hop-hoppy! |
  |
| Served with some French bread warmed in the oven. |
My Rating: 4/5 "The combination of the beef and tomato soup is quite wonderful. It's a great combination of textures, especially if you're a mashed potato fan. Nice!"
