I was crying SO much by the third onion. |
Heat grill to medium heat.
Grill patties 5 min. on each side or until done (160F).
I George Foreman'd mine for about five minutes total. |
Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on
medium-high heat. Add onions; cook and stir 10 min. or until golden brown, stirring
frequently. Stir in steak sauce.
Olive oil brought to you by the rosemary-infused favors from Goldenberg's wedding. |
Wait for the onions to get good and stringy. That might take longer than the recipe calls for. |
Fill buns with tomatoes, burgers, Singles and onion
mixture.
Lookin' like class. |
Served with some cheddar potato chips and a nice vanilla porter. |
My Rating: 4/5 "Tasty! Juicy! Cheesy! These are all good attributes for a burger, and these have these qualities in spades. The recipe makes enough for a small gathering, so they'd be great for a cookout."
