1
yellow cake mix
1
teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3
cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
½ cup
sugar
2
teaspoons ground cinnamon
Preheat
oven to 375F.
Mix sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
A classic combination. |
In a bowl mix together cake mix, vanilla, oil, and eggs
until dough is formed.
Off the record, it's also great raw. BUT TERRIBLE FOR YOU AND YOU SHOULDN'T EAT IT. |
Shape cookie dough into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in
sugar-cinnamon mixture.
"Ball" is a relative term with this dough, which is really sticky and hard to manipulate. I just formed blobs and shoved them around in the sugar-cinnamon until they seemed to be coated. |
Pre-oven'd. |
Bake 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from pan
and cool.
Oven'd! (Look out - these babies expand!) |
My Rating: 4/5 "These had more of a vanilla kick than a lot of snickerdoodle recipes, which I highly enjoyed. Thanks to the cake mix, they were extremely easy to make. I took (most of) them to a 4th of July party, and they were a hit!"
