cauliflower

tablespoon honey for each cup of cauliflower
American
or Cheddar cheese, shredded
Put the cauliflower in a pie plate. Spread it
out and fluff it up so the glaze can dribble between the flowers. Drizzle the
honey over the cauliflower, then sprinkle a handful of shredded cheese over the
top.
I used a bag of frozen cauliflower, and it made a nice amount of this stuff. |
This is about 1/2 cup cheese. |
Bake in a preheated 400F oven for 10 to 15 minute, until the cheese is
completely melted.
Served up with some frozen shu mai and some great seasoned potatoes that Matt made. |
My Rating: 3/5 "This is really unique. I've never had anything like it. Granted, it's just a side dish and in the end you're eating a whole lot of cauliflower, but this is sure an interesting way to do it!"
