whole cinnamon graham crackers

gallon vanilla ice cream

2 tsp.
ground cinnamon
For each serving, place two graham cracker squares on a
plate.
As you can see, I spring for the fancy stuff. |
Top with a scoop of ice cream and drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with
cinnamon.

My Rating: 4/5 "This was a nice low-effort facsimile of fried ice cream that adds something small and delicious to the end of a meal. I particularly enjoyed the honey after it froze a little on top of the ice cream. The only catch - how are you supposed to eat the graham crackers, really?"
