½-oz. pkg. (2 cups) milk chocolate morsels
¼ cup
peanut butter
1/3 cup
milk
In small heavy-gauge saucepan, combine milk chocolate
morsels, peanut butter and milk.
Very gourmet, as you can tell. |
Cook over very low heat, stirring, until
chocolate melts and mixture is smooth.
Be patient. It takes a while to turn into something identifiably liquid. |
Serve warm over ice cream. Refrigerate
leftover sauce. Reheat sauce over low heat, stirring until smooth.
My Rating: 3/5 "I expected to swoon over this, but was underwhelmed. I think the consistency wasn't what I envisioned - it was more solid than syrupy, especially once it touched the frozen ice cream. Nice flavor though!"
