Taco Pie


1 lb hamburger
1 package taco seasoning powder
½ cup water
1 tube crescent rolls
2 cups crushed taco chips
2 cups sour cream
1 cup sharp cheddar shredded cheese

Brown hamburger and drain fat. Add taco mix and ½ cup water. Cook until most of moisture has evaporated. Meat is done at 150F to 165F.

Lay crescent rolls, sealing the edges, on the bottom and up the sides of a 9 x 9 baking dish.

I did the best I could with the crescent rolls. 


Put 1 cup of taco chips on top of rolls; spread meat mixture, then sour cream, then top with sharp cheddar shredded cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350F. Put one cup of taco chips on top, and bake 5 minutes more.

All done!

A nice little one-dish dinner!
