MEATBALLS:
1 pound
ground turkey
½ cup
breadcrumbs
½ cup
pesto
¼ cup
milk
¼ cup
grated parmesan
PESTO CREAM:
1 cup
chicken broth
¼ cup
pesto
½ cup
cream
Mix ground turkey with breadcrumbs and ½ cup pesto, and milk
and grated parmesan.
Ingredients! |
Form into small balls. Cook in a nonstick skillet until
just browned, then add chicken broth and ¼ cup pesto and simmer until tender.
Sizzle! (They want to stick, so be careful.) |
Stir in cream and simmer.
