¾ cup light almondmilk
½ frozen banana
¼ cup diced frozen strawberries


Pretty simple.


Blend until smooth.

Matt made homemade mac 'n' cheese, which was nice with this.

My Rating: 3/5 "It doesn't have a lot of flavor, but it also doesn't have a lot of calories. It's refreshing, which all things considered is what matters with a smoothie."
