chicken parts
1 Tbsp.
oil
1 Tbsp.
onion powder
1 ½ tsp.
garlic salt
1 ½ tsp.
Italian seasoning
½ tsp.
paprika
Brush chicken parts with oil. Mix onion powder, garlic salt
and Italian seasoning, and paprika.
I used wings and drumsticks, which I think are some of the best "chicken parts" you can get. |
Sprinkle evenly over chicken.
Chicken spa day. |
Bake in 375F
preheated oven 45 minutes or until cooked through.
Now that's some chicken! |
Served up with some mac 'n' cheese from a box. It may not be the classiest dinner, but it's damn delicious. |
My Rating: 4/5 "This was niiiiice. Get some nice meaty cuts of the bird and you can't go wrong with this. Useful if you're doing a high-protein thing, and also useful if you just like, you know, eating chicken."
