2 cups
all-purpose flour
1 tsp
salt
3 tsp
baking powder
4 Tbsp
shortening
2/3 cup
milk
Pre-heat oven to 450F. Mix flour, salt and baking powder. Cut
or rub in shortening. Add milk to make soft dough; knead lightly.
| I often use almondmilk when I cook, but actual dairy is best for baking. |
Roll ¼ inch
thick, cut and bake in oven until golden brown.

| And then they get done like this! |
My Rating: 3/5 "I'm a buttermilk biscuit kinda gal, and these were a little plain for my taste. Granted, I didn't get to eat one until they were cold, and it was decent, but it's just really basic. I mean, it's food."
