multigrain or whole wheat bread, toasted if desired

reduced sodium deli sliced smoked ham
4 slices
thin ripe pear
1 slice
reduced sodium pepper jack cheese

lettuce leaf
Spread honey mustard over bread. Layer ham, pear, cheese and
lettuce over one slice of bread.

My Rating: 4/5 "This is sweet and tangy in all the right places and all the right proportions. It's also a nice variety of textures. Maybe it's just that I really like sandwiches and don't eat them very much, but as sandwiches go this is a damn tasty one."
