(11.5-oz. pkg.) milk chocolate chips
1 cup
chopped nuts (optional)
Heat oven to 375F.
Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in
large bowl with mixer until creamy. Add eggs; beat well. Stir together flour,
baking soda and salt; gradually add to butter mixture, beating until well
blended.

Stir in chocolate chips and nuts, if desired.
So many chocolate chips! I used oversized chips that packed more punch. |
Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10
minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to
wire rack. Cool completely.
Done! A nice size to gobble up! |
My Rating: 4/5 "I made these so Matt could take them to his buddies while he was volunteering at Boys State, and he said people just inhaled them. Milk chocolate chips give you a sweeter cookie, which is nice, and I also pulverized the nuts down to smithereens in the food chopper for a nice smooth texture overall. Yummy and moist!"
