container ricotta
1 garlic
clove, crushed
1 Tbsp.
finely chopped fresh basil
2 Tbsp.
finely chopped fresh parsley
1 lemon,
both the grated zest and a good squeeze of lemon
3 Tbsp.
olive oil
Salt
& freshly ground black pepper
Mash all ingredients together.
Taste and adjust the
seasonings accordingly.
Serve with your favorite seasonal fresh vegetables.
My Rating: 3/5 "This is pleasant, but nothing to write home about. Even with all that olive oil it doesn't have much flavor. It looks pretty when you set it out, though!"
