4
flatbreads
3
tablespoons sour cream
1
tablespoon salsa
½ cup
guacamole
2 cups
shredded lettuce
1 medium
tomato, chopped
6 ounces
thinly sliced cooked roast beef
¾ cup
shredded cheddar cheese
In small bowl, mix sour cream and salsa. Spread guacamole
over flatbread. Top with lettuce, tomato and beef.
I got the spicy guac from Walmart for this. I think regular might be a better idea, though. |
Sprinkle with cheese. Top
with salsa mixture. Fold flatbread.
Immediately you are faced with the unwieldy consequences of putting shredded cheese on a sandwich. |
Soften flatbreads in the microwave for about 10 seconds to
make it easier to fold.
My Rating: 3/5 "The flavors were all over the place, the textures didn't quite go together, and we couldn't figure out if it was really a sandwich or a taco. You can't go super-wrong with meat and cheese in a wrap, but it turns out you can go super-strange."
