2/3 cup
plain bread crumbs, soaked in
1 cup
milk
1 ½ lbs.
ground beef
2 eggs,
slightly beaten
¼ cup
chopped onion
1 tsp.
salt
1/8 tsp.
pepper
½ tsp.
sage
GLAZE:
3 Tbsp.
brown sugar
¼ cup
ketchup
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine meatloaf ingredients and press
into loaf pan.

Combine glaze ingredients and spread over meatloaf. Bake for 45
minutes or until no longer pink in center.
I used curry ketchup for the glaze, which added dimension to the flavor. |
My Rating: 4/5 "I know that meatloaf is your standard this-is-boring food, but this particular meatloaf is actually really good. Like, I'd go out of my way to eat it again. Great texture, great glaze. Make this! Meatloaf doesn't have to be uncool!"
