¼ c.
butter
2 cups
milk
2 eggs
1 cup
flour
1 Tbsp.
sugar
½ tsp.
salt
Heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Melt butter in 9x13 cake
pan. Combine milk and eggs with rotary beater. Stir in flour, eggs, sugar, and
salt. Beat until well-blended.
So basically make a slightly less fluffy pancake batter than normal. |
Pour into hot pan and bake about 30 minutes.
(The pancake will bubble and parts of it will rise. Bake until top and sides
are golden brown.)
Perfect! |
Remove and serve with fruit and whipped cream immediately.
I gave my husband the can of whipped cream and this is what happened. |
My Rating: 5/5 "This was DELICIOUS. I don't know why pancakes are so much better in the oven than they are on the frying pan, but they are. The whipped cream isn't optional, by the way - it pairs perfectly with the flavor of the cake."
