1 can
(10 ¾ oz.) condensed cream of broccoli soup
1 can
(10 ¾ oz.) condensed cream of potato soup
2/3 cup
milk
½ tsp.
poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp.
ground black pepper
2 cups
frozen mixed vegetables
2 cups
cubed cooked chicken or turkey
1 pkg.
(7.5 oz.) refrigerated biscuits
Stir soups, milk, poultry seasoning, black pepper, vegetables
and chicken in 2-qt. shallow baking dish.
Rather than buying a bag of frozen mixed veggies I used frozen corn and frozen peas I already had. They were great together! |
Bake at 400F 20 min. or until chicken mixture is hot and bubbling.
Stir chicken mixture. Top with biscuits.

Bake 15 min. or until biscuits are golden brown.
Served with a nice simple salad. |
My Rating: 4/5 "This was GOOD! For something made with canned soup this was REALLY good! It's like a pot pie, but with a thick flaky crust on top instead of all around. You might want to try a little more seasoning, but it's pleasant as-is. In short, a great little comfort food."
