Ice Cream Delights, p. 28
1 frozen
ripe banana
½ cup
milk
½ cup
vanilla ice cream
¼ cup
chopped dates
Peel, then freeze banana overnight in airtight plastic bag.
Slice banana into blender. Add remaining ingredients.
Admittedly, it's not much to look at. |
Blend
on high speed until smooth.

My Rating: 5/5 "This is GOOD. Like, it's really really good. Matt wanted me to give it a 7/5, actually. Something about the juxtaposition between the banana, the vanilla, and the delicious dates is just a symphony. Try it!"
