tablespoons almond butter
Brioche
or thin white sandwich bread
1 banana
2
teaspoons honey
Smoked
sea salt
1
tablespoon unsalted butter

| Any excuse to use this stuff is a good excuse. | 
Spread the almond butter on the inside of one slice of the
bread, thoroughly coating. Mash the banana with a fork and spread it on the
second slice of bread. Drizzle the honey over the almond butter and banana.
Sprinkle the sandwich filling with the smoked sea salt.

Combine the two slices
into a sandwich.
Heat a cast iron (or similar) skillet over medium heat and
then melt the butter. Grill the sandwich in the skillet until one side is
golden, about 2 minutes. Flip the sandwich and cook until the second side turns
golden brown, about 2 minutes longer.

Remove the sandwich from the skillet, cut
into triangles, and serve immediately.
Makes 1 sandwich.
