onions, thinly sliced

cilantro leaves, chopped

Jalapeno pepper, minced or hot sauce to taste
Salt to

Combine ingredients in a bowl. Toss and serve.

Served with a nice roll covered in strawberry-rhubarb jam. |
My Rating: 4/5 "The mangoes make this. There's a lot to love here, but the mangoes are really the star of the show. Great textures, filling salad, and the whole package is very summery!"
