sour cream
In a large saucepan, saute onion and garlic in oil until
tender. Remove from heat. Stir in peas, broth, lemon juice, dill, salt and
pepper.

Place mixture in a blender; cover and process until pureed.

saucepan and heat thoroughly. Top with spoonful of sour cream when serving.

My Rating: 4/5 "I really enjoyed this despite the fact that I detest peas. Of course I'm a sucker for lemon and dill, so that's probably what made the difference. Plus the sour cream is a nice cool anchor. There's still a pea-like flavor to this, a pea essence, you might say a pea-ness. But everything combines together in a really enjoyable way so even if you're not a pea person (or generally a green vegetable person) there's something for you here."
