ounces of your favorite stuffed refrigerated or frozen pasta
¼ cup
butter
8 fresh
sage leaves
½ cup
grated Parmesan cheese
Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
Meanwhile, in medium skillet, heat butter over medium-high
heat.
Tortellini is always a win. |
When butter starts to turn brown, add in sage leaves. Remove from heat.
Toss pasta with butter and Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper
to taste.

My Rating: 4/5 "I always love any sort of sage/butter/pasta combination. This one is quite pleasant. You could actually probably pull it off with less butter if you wanted to cut calories, although I'll warn you that this dish is in no way an investment in your health. It's just one of those amazing sometimes-foods that'll knock your socks off with its deviant deliciousness."
