1 (1.25
oz) package chili seasoning mix
1 (14.5
oz) can diced tomatoes, drained
1 pound
processed cheese loaf, cubed
1 cup 2%
milk
2
tablespoons butter
In a large saucepan, prepare macaroni according to package
directions; drain.
Meanwhile, in large skillet over medium heat, cook and
crumble beef until no longer pink; drain.
It's a lot of juicy, delicious beef. |
Stir in chili seasoning mix and
tomatoes. Set aside.
A thing of beauty! |
Add cheese, milk and butter to macaroni. Cook over low heat,
stirring frequently, until cheese is melted.
This is actually really good mac 'n' cheese by itself |
Stir in beef mixture.

My Rating: 5/5 "I know some of you take hardline stances against Velveeta, but stay with me: This is DELICIOUS. Like, the spice mixture is perfectly on point, the texture is the ultimate comfort food texture, and there's also a vegetable in it. I couldn't get enough of this. It's super-filling, too! Food doesn't have to be high-class to be awesome."
