Boiled cabbage always get a nice noodle-like consistency that makes it very satisfying to eat. |

Served with a little store-bought sweet and sour chicken. |
My Rating: 4/5 "This is a lot more interesting than you think it's going to be. Boiled cabbage has a great texture, and cooking it with fresh ginger like this makes it taste quite fresh. The cashews add a delightful crunchy counterpoint. It's still not the most flavorful thing in the world, but as a side dish to something meaty or savory it's quite on point!"
