1 8 oz. package cream cheese
¼-1/2 cup shredded cheddar mix cheeses
2 tbs yogurt or sour cream (optional)
Chili seasoning
Hot sauce
Chopped jalapenos (optional)
[Fajita-sized tortillas]
I chopped a banana pepper from our garden and it was delicious! |
Mix cream cheese and shredded cheese. If too hard, add
yogurt and sour cream. Add chili seasoning/hot sauce and chopped jalapenos if
desired. Put a scoop into a tortilla and wrap.
The original recipe featured folding instructions, pictured here in the top left. |
Fry in oil until it’s golden
brown and crispy.
This is, of course, a sometimes food. |
Drain on a paper towel if you value your cooking space. |
My Rating: 5/5 "Delicious stuff! The cream cheese has great texture (I used 8 oz. of a cream cheese spread, by the way, which really sped everything along). The hot sauce and pepper make the flavor memorable. And, best of all, it's fat fried goodness. Enjoy!"
