Grilled Potatoes

Klondike Medley

10-12 baby potatoes halved lengthwise

2 Tbsp. olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Line all-purpose pan (13-1/4” X 9-5/8” X 2-3/4”) with heavy-duty aluminum foil.

Toss potatoes with olive oil in medium bowl; season to taste with salt and pepper. 

Baby potatoes are legitimately adorable.

Place in foil pan. Cover pan tightly with large piece of foil, sealing well.

Place pan on grill; close lid. 

Ready for action! (What a nice clean grilling recipe!)


Grill, covered, 18-20 mins. or until tender.

Use oven mitts to carefully remove foil cover; avoid steam.

Served with a delicious beef frank. Unfortunately the frank was by far the tastiest part of the meal.


My Rating: 1/5 "I don't get what the point of doing this was. The potatoes sat there and did nothing. They were still hard as rocks and incredibly un-flavorful when they came off of the grill. I was expecting, like steamed or baked potatoes at the end, but they didn't deliver. We ended up putting them aside so my partner could try to cook them more later."
