1 egg, lightly beaten
1/3 cup dry breadcrumbs
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
¼ cup milk
¼ cup finely chopped onion
1 pkg. (19.76 oz.) mild Italian sausage

Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl, combine the egg,
bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, milk and onion.
Remove sausage from casings.
Add sausage to the breadcrumb mixture and mix well. Shape into 20 meatballs.

Arrange meatballs on a shallow baking pan.
Bake for 20 minutes or until meatballs are cooked
through (160F).

Cook your pasta and sauce in the meantime. |
Serve with your favorite sauce and spaghetti.

My Rating: 4/5 "Savory, bulky, delicious meatballs. I liked the cheese in them, but it made the texture a little less firm than I might have preferred. As far as taste goes, though, these meatballs are exactly what you want it to be."
