We Love Waffles, p. 93
4 waffles
1 stick (100 g) butter, softened
¼ cup (4 tablespoons) sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Beat butter with cinnamon and sugar until fluffy, around 3 minutes.
"Fluffy" didn't quite work out for me here, but they did get well-mixed. |
Spread over waffles.
The photo in the cookbook featured fluffy white butter with flecks of cinnamon in it. Mine didn't look like that at all. But it tasted really good! |
My Rating: 4/5 "Wonderfully simple, wonderfully rich. It may not be the prettiest end result, but it's damn delicious. And so quick and easy!"
