1 lb. hamburger
1 small can chopped green chili peppers
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Doritos
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese

| It might be fun to experiment with different flavors of Doritos, but this is the one we went with. | 
Brown hamburger – stir until crumbly. Pour off grease. Add green chili peppers, enchilada sauce, mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup. Mix well. Cook until bubbly. Spread Doritos in a baking dish.
