| "Floating" is apparently just pouring a liquid carefully on top of another one so it makes layers. Google told me that good way to do that is pour onto the back of a spoon. |

My Rating: 4/5 "Refreshing and boozy! Mine didn't come out with discernible layers because I didn't use a dark enough orange liqueur. It would have been gorgeous if it had, though. Either way, hooray for citrus!"
