1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. (6 oz.) roasted chicken breast cuts
½ cup Buffalo wing sauce
¼ cup blue cheese crumbles
¼ cup sliced green onions
Spread cream cheese onto bottom of microwaveable 9-inch pie plate. Mix chicken and sauce; spoon over cream cheese.
Using a cream cheese spread makes the pie plate bit easier. |
Sprinkle with blue
cheese and onions.
It's just damn pretty food. |
Microwave on HIGH 2 min. or until heated through.
Serve warm with celery sticks and crackers.

My Rating: 5/5 "YUM. Just yum. It's everything you want in a buffalo chicken dish without having to bother with a ton of bread. You get the buffalo flavor you want, but you also get a surprisingly complex and delicious mix of other flavors.If you're feeling like this is your vibe, give it a whirl because you'll probably love it!"
