¾ cup yellow cornmeal
1 ¼ cups sifted flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup heavy cream
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Sift or whisk the dry ingredients together. Add the eggs and cream.
So simple. So delicious. |
Beat hard until smooth. Pour into a greased 9 x 9-inch pan.
Bake about 25 minutes, until firm.
