1 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 (10 oz) pkg. riced broccoli
2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
Stir in riced broccoli and cook 5 minutes or until tender.

Stir in parmesan cheese. Serve.

My Rating: 3/5 "I admire the attempt here to make riced broccoli more interesting, but unfortunately the recipe didn't quite accomplish that goal. Like, you could taste a hint of garlic and a hint of Parmesan, but it just felt like a tease of the flavor that could be. I don't know if more mix-ins are the solution, or if broccoli is just gonna be broccoli. But this isn't unpleasant by any means and it's a nice light side dish."
