1 (8 oz.) pkg. sugar snap peas
Canola oil cooking spray
1 Tbsp. taco- or mesquite-flavored dried
seasoning or favorite hot sauce
Open bag of sugar snap peas and spray light coating of cooking spray over peas. Immediately add dried seasoning to bag.

Hold bag
tightly shut and shake until sugar snap peas are well coated.

My Rating: 4/5 "These are so simple you think they're going to be boring, but it turns out that all snap peas need to give them a little pizzazz is a splash of seasoning. I went the hot sauce route (Crystal hot sauce, to be specific) and it popped without being roof-raisingly spicy. What a neat idea!"
