12 oz. pasta (shells or twists)
¼ c. diced onions
2 stalks green onion
¼ c. olive oil
Fresh basil
¼ c. minced garlic
4 Roma tomatoes
1 large can black olives
4-6 oz. capers
1 tsp. salt & 1 tsp. pepper
Cook pasta according to directions. Mix olive oil, minced garlic, and diced onions in a bowl.

Add salt & pepper. Seed and dice tomatoes and add to bowl. Add pasta to bowl with chopped olives.

Drain and
rinse capers, dice green onions, tear basil leaves and add to bowl mixing
gently. Cover bowl with saran and marinate for 1 hour.
And serve! Maximum flavor achieved. |
My Rating: 4/5 "As pasta salads go, this one is something to write home about. So many flavors to love, and the oil adds a nice consistency to everything. My partner hates pasta salad and only ate this because I twisted his arm, but he actually thought this was pretty great."
