2 cups quick oats
1 cup dried cranberries
½ cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 tablespoons orange zest
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed orange juice
In large mixing bowl, combine oats, cranberries, flour, cinnamon and salt.
Looks so... healthy! |
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Drop by rounded tablespoon on to a greased baking sheet. Flatten slightly.
Bake in a preheated 350F oven 10-12 minutes or until
lightly browned. Cool on baking sheet 1 minute. Remove to a cooling rack; cool
completely.
I totally forgot to buy white chocolate chips. My bad. |
My Rating: 3/5 "I never thought I would ever in my life say this phrase: This recipe has too much cinnamon. The cinnamon just crowds out all of the other flavors. The cookies aren't unpleasant, they just aren't something I'd go back for again."
