2 10 ¾ oz. can condensed cheese soup
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. dried chopped chives
Celery sticks
Cauliflower florets
Corn chips
Combine soup, cheese, Worcestershire sauce, lemon
juice, and chives in slow cooker.
I made this for a friend's 60s-themed birthday party and she had an ACTUAL FONDUE POT. So this dip leveled up in a significant way. |
Cover. Heat on Low 2-2 ½ hours. Stir until smooth and
well-blended.
Cheeeeeeese. (Kind of.) |
Serve warm dip with celery sticks, cauliflower, and
corn chips.
My Rating: 3/5 "We wanted a mid-century experience, and we got it. It wasn't unpleasant at all, but it also wasn't something to gush over. It was definitely some cheese that you could dip stuff in."
