I couldn't find a family size mix that was gluten-free, so I used this standard one instead. For the record, it was delicious. |
Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan
according to package directions. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
SPREAD marshmallow crème over cooled brownies.

This is surprisingly difficult. If you're not extremely delicate you can take off the whole top of the brownie. |
Microwave frosting in small microwave-safe bowl on HIGH 15 seconds. Stir until
smooth. Drizzle over marshmallow crème. Swirl with tip of knife.

Although I used a smaller brownie mix than I was supposed to, I still used as much fluff and frosting as the recipe called for. No ragrets. |
CHILL 15 minutes or until set. Cut into bars using
knife coated with no-stick cooking spray.

My Rating: 4/5 "This is everything you want in a brownie. Of course everything you want in a brownie ends up being pretty rich, so this isn't something you can like binge on a whole pan of. But that's ok. Because even a little bit is delicious."
