8 (3/4-inch thick) slices roasted garlic or
rustic artisan bread
½ cup garden vegetable cream cheese spread
1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
8 slices bacon, cooked
1 cup fancy cut cheddar jack cheese
Butter, softened

Spread cream cheese on 4 slices of bread. Top with
tomato slices, bacon and cheddar jack cheese. Place remaining 4 slices bread
over cheese.
Spread butter over top slices of bread. Carefully place
sandwiches buttered-side-down on a flat skillet over medium-low heat. Spread
butter over remaining slices of bread.
Grill until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes); carefully
flip sandwiches over and continue grilling until golden brown (about 2-3
minutes).

My Rating: 5/5 "This sandwich really hit the spot. Robust flavor and creamy cheese comfort food-ness are a great combination. I mean it's hard to go wrong with grilled cheese, but this one is especialy satisfying."
