2 ripe mashed bananas
1 cup peanut butter
½ cup maple syrup
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla
½ tsp soda
2/3 cup dark chocolate chunks
2/3 cups chopped nuts
Use whatever nuts you like. The food chopper does not discriminate. |
Mix together. Makes 24 muffins.
I think I may have overfilled because I only wound up with like 18 muffins. |
Bake at 350 degrees for
15 minutes.
Served with one of those nice bagged salad mixes. |
My Rating: 4/5 "I love these for being flourless with little added sugar and still tasty! The consistency is a little squishy out of the oven, but if you put them in the fridge for a while they firm right up. Lots of great chocolate and peanut butter flavor!"
