6 whole wheat tortillas
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
To coat, non-stick cooking spray
1 package, taco seasoning
1 avocado
½ cup fat-free ranch dressing
2 ounces blue cheese crumbled
¾ cup carrots shredded
¼ cup cilantro chopped
Dashes cayenne pepper
Hot sauce
Place chicken in plastic bag, generously coat with
non-stick cooking spray. Add taco seasoning and toss to combine; seal bag and
marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Mash avocado and mix with ranch dressing.

Remove chicken from marinade and grill over medium
heat. Cook chicken about 8 minutes per side. Warm tortillas.
Slice chicken and serve wrapped in warm tortillas with
hot sauce, blue cheese, carrots, cilantro and avocado ranch dressing.
