Fabulous Food the Costco Way, p. 90
1 6-ounce package lemon jello
1 6-ounce package lime jello
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
1 ½ cups miniature marshmallows
1 ½ cups chopped walnuts
2 cups green seedless grapes, halved (about
12 ounces)
Prepare jello according to package instructions.
Refrigerate jello until set, approximately 4 hours.
In a large bowl, beat together lemon and lime jello. Beat in softened cream cheese.

I used cream cheese spread, but that wasn't really soft enough cold. Warm it up first. |
Fold in pineapple, marshmallows, walnuts, and
grapes.

Pour the mixture into a 9-by-13-inch casserole dish.
Refrigerate a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.

My Rating: 4/5 "This had a stronger flavor that regular ambrosia, that's for sure. The lemon and lime make this feel much more like a dessert than like a Midwest salad. But the marshmallows and the walnuts give you what you're looking for in the basic dish. Overall quite refreshing!"
