1/3 cup peanut butter
4 7- to 8-inch flour tortillas
1 cup chopped apple
¼ cup low-fat granola
Tortillas are always the beginning of something beautiful. |
Spread peanut butter over tortillas. Sprinkle with apple and granola.
The granola works really well here. |
Tightly roll up tortillas. Cut in half.
Served with potato salad, because I'm pregnant and I was craving potato salad. |
My Rating: 4/5 "Only four ingredients here, but they all add up to sweet, crunchy goodness. I was especially impressed with the texture element the granola brought to the combination. It wasn't as friendly for our picky toddler as we had hoped, but my partner and I gobbled it up!"
