Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies

Reese’s

1 cup all-purpose flour

6 tablespoons cocoa

½ teaspoon baking soda

¼ teaspoon salt

2/3 cup butter or margarine, softened

1 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1-2/3 cups (10-oz. pkg.) peanut butter chips

Heat oven to 350F.

Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add egg and vanilla; beat well. 

Sooooo chocolately.


Gradually add flour mixture, beating well. Stir in peanut butter chips. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 8 to 9 minutes. (Do not over bake; cookies will be soft.) Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.

They're not the most attractive cookies in the world but man do they taste good.
