2 T. margarine
¾ c. chopped celery
1 ½ c. precooked rice
1 ½ c. hot water
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 T. lemon juice
½ tsp. curry powder
¼ tsp. ground ginger
In medium skillet, melt margarine and cook celery until
tender. Stir in rice, water, soup mix, lemon juice, curry powder and ginger.
Bring to boil and simmer covered 5 minutes or until rice is tender.
Paired with a little rotisserie chicken. |
