Green beans
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Slivered almonds
Heat oven to 400F.
Toss vegetables in olive oil. Arrange on a rimmed baking pan (line with foil for easy cleanup). Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder and slivered almonds.

Bake about 15 minutes or until bottoms are
browned. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon, if desired.

My Rating: 4/5 "Nice variety here for all it's just a simple side dish. Neat textures, fun flavors. Honestly the almonds make the green beans more appealing to eat!"
