2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp tamari
4 tbsp water
8 oz beef, thinly sliced strips
2 garlic cloves, chopped
4 oz broccoli florets
1 medium red bell pepper, diced
14.2 oz udon stir-fry noodles

I wouldn't call this healthy eating, exactly, but the presence of vegetables is always a plus.
Add 1 tbsp sesame oil to wok or skillet on high, mix in
hoisin sauce, tamari, water and heat for one minute. Set aside.
Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil on high, stir in beef strips and
garlic and cook for 3 minutes.
Add broccoli and pepper, cook for 3 minutes; add udon
stir-fry noodles and cook for 2 minutes.

| The noodles are difficult to mix in. |
Combine with prepare sauce from step one and stir for
one minute.

| Guess I'll just go eat worms. |
My Rating: 4/5 "This has great flavor and scratches the Chinese take-out itch. I used shaved beef and it worked nicely as well as cutting down on cooking time. I'd add more broccoli if I made it again, both for flavor and for aesthetics."
